Banana Protein

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweet almond milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 full banana chopped, and semi thawed 
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Crushed ice (as needed)
