Kiwi Kale Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 of a banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 of a kiwi sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • light small ice cubes

Optional:

  • Pure Maple Syrup (Vegan option)
